In 2005, the law of‘Automobile Recycling and Reuse’enacted, for achieving 95% reuse rate before 2015 and establishing the automotive recycling system, SPN was founded in  2003. for the goal of‘building fair, logical and comprehensive transparent cycling collaborative group’and‘popularize the correct produce and circulation method of automotive recycling’, SPN is willing to be a comprehensive business corporation covering automotive industry, trade company, insurance company and automotive recycling industries.
